The Role
We’re looking for a confident brand world creative who knows brands & social back to front to concept, pitch, develop & deliver effective social-first campaigns for multiple key clients. Our creative team works closely with our production house, so the drive and determination to roll-up your sleeves and help great ideas become a reality is a must.
Responsibilities
- Translating brand strategy into effective social-first creative that delivers genuine, measurable results.
- Pitching creative ideas and developing positive, trusting client relationships that encourage collaboration & create opportunities.
- Ideating and executing organic content across retained client roster
- Attending, supporting & directing shoots to ensure content is captured true to its original concept.
- Working closely with the post production team to hone and shape deliverables.
- Supporting junior creatives & helping to develop the structure of the creative process as the team continues to grow.
Skills
- Portfolio of best in class paid brand video campaigns on social.
- Ability to structure social video content to ensure maximum engagement.
- Able to translate ideas into coherent, copy-led narratives to clearly showcase concept to clients.
- Deep understanding of all social platforms both established and emerging.
- Awareness of and interest in culture with a proven ability to identify and leverage brand relevant trends, themes and conversations.
- Proficient use of the Google software suite including the ability to build and format decks in Google Slides. Experience Adobe suite a bonus.
- Presenting - ability to confidentially present to clients; bringing your creative vision to life, backed up by strategic rationale.
